This is purely based on the order process and application for interest-free credit. I haven't received the products yet, so this feedback should not be applied to that experience. Ordering was simple and quick via the website. Communication of expected delivery was clear. E-commerce very straightforward. Application was interest-free credit took minutes and was approved in minutes. An email arrived instantly confirming all of the above and because I hadn't picked up on the bit in the email requesting an e-signature (perhaps this should be a little clearer) I received a follow up call from a very nice gentlemen a few days later giving me a gentle nudge. All in all, very impressed so far.
