Bland and boring food :(

Bland and boring food. Not worth the hype and the taste of chemicals in your mouth is very off putting. Some items were ok, but the syrups and snack bars were just unpleasant. Will not be buying again due to worries of what is actually in the food!

A wonderful experience!

I have been using Voy for nearly a year now (I had a 3 month break in between) and I am so please. Not just with the results, I have lost nearly 3 stone and it has come off gradually and controlled, but with the support and care from the Voy team.

I had some health concerns earlier this year and we agreed I could take a break and return to continue my weight loss journey. They were so supportive during this time, and once coming back to them they have been great.

They might cost more than other suppliers, but it is worth is for the support, medical care and advice, and just reassurance that you are being properly looked after.

Review of Smile White

Avoid! Go to your dentist!

I signed up with Smile White because I wanted straighter teeth for my wedding in a couple of years. At no point during the sales call was it mentioned that previous dental health concerns could affect my ability to have treatment.

When I attended my first consultation, the dentist told me they were hesitant to proceed with the straightening retainers because I have some loose teeth and this could make things worse. We agreed not to go ahead. This was back in July!

Since then, I’ve been stuck in an exhausting battle just to cancel and get my money back. Over three months, I have paid nearly £700 for a service I cannot use. There is no health questionnaire before signing up to check whether you’re even suitable for treatment — something that would have saved me all of this stress and cost.

After endless phone calls (often waiting hours to speak to someone) and countless emails, I was finally approved for a refund after 3 months of battling. I was told on Monday that no further payments would be taken and that I’d have my money back within 10 days. By Friday, another payment was taken anyway!

Their customer service line is a joke — they claim to resolve queries within 24 hours, yet I’ve been waiting over three months. Every time I speak to someone, I’m told they need to “check with the dentist,” and nothing actually gets resolved. And finally, on Monday (29/09/25) I felt it was, only to have more money taken!

If you’re thinking of using Smile White, avoid this company at all costs. Pay that little bit extra and go directly to your dentist instead. The lack of transparency, the endless delays, and the complete disregard for customer service have been shocking.

Edit (03/10/25) — Update after posting my review:
Since leaving my original review, I was contacted by the Smile White customer service team. They were understanding and acknowledged the failings in their cancellation process. They apologised for the experience I’ve had and offered compensation, along with confirming that a full refund was being processed with 5-7 working days. It’s just disappointing that it took leaving a public review to finally get to this stage.

Edit 2 (07/07/25) — Further update:
Unfortunately, I now feel I need to update again! The “compensation” I was offered came with the condition that I amend my review and increase my star rating to 3 or 4 stars instead of 1. In other words, I was pressured to change my honest review in exchange for receiving a form of compensation.
This is deeply unprofessional and raises serious concerns about how this company manages feedback. Rather than resolving problems transparently, they seem more focused on covering them up. If you look closely at the reviews here, most of the 5-star ratings are about the sales process, not the actual treatment or the aftercare once you’ve signed up. I have turned down their false compensation, and would rather leave this honest and truthful review visible!

Edit 3 (10/10/25) — Yet another update:
After dealing with what I now realise is not a genuine customer service team but more of a “reputation management” group focused on protecting their online image, I was told on 3rd October that my refund would be processed within 5–7 working days.
However, this turned out to be yet another false promise. My original confirmation of a refund was sent on 30th September, but when I contacted Omni Financials (who actually manage Smile White’s payments) today, 10th October, they confirmed they only received the cancellation details yesterday from Smile White, 9th October!! Meaning I now have to wait another 7–10 working days.

This just highlights the complete lack of communication, organisation, and professionalism from the so-called customer service team. They clearly have little understanding of how to manage clients, processes, or even basic timelines.

I have also noticed that a lot of 1 star reviews have magically disappeared since I have posted this review!! READ THE MOST RECENT 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE THEY ARE GONE!!!

I stand firmly by the title of my review, go to your dentist, real professionals who are trained to give safe, informed advice about your teeth, not sales people sitting behind a screen. I’ve since revisited my own dentist this week to discuss options for my wedding, and he actually laughed when I mentioned SmileWhite. He then said he can provide similar results for under £3,000, far less than what Smile White quoted me, so I am going ahead with my actual dentist. And just for some clarity, I am not with a NHS dentist.

Please do yourself a favor, and actually go to a dentist before resorting to this, even if you have to pay for a private session just to ensure you can safely have this treatment. It will save you lots of pain in the process of having to deal with this unprofessional company!

This time I am disappointed with your…

This time I am disappointed with your service. I sold my old Iphone to your branch in Bath and was told the payment would be a bank transfer within 2 working days. After waiting 2 weeks with no contact from the store and not receiving the payment I finally made contact with you via Facebook. As I was away on holiday I couldn’t go back and visit the store. I sent a copy of the receipt to you via Facebook and finally someone was able to contact the store and arrange payment that came through 2 days later. I don’t know what happened but I shouldn’t of had to wait 2 weeks and then have to chase up the payment. Hope this doesn’t happen again as I use your services often.
