The account information comes up quickly so the agents seem informed. They are all native English speakers so there is no language issues. They all seem informed on the various process so can give advice instead of just recording what is happening.

Every dealing with them has been a disgrace. At christmas last year I placed and order for an item to be given as a present. I received an email stating my order had been placed with a scheduled delivery date a couple of days later. When it didnt arrive I decided to check on the status and it now stated order was cancelled. When I rang up CS I was told there had been an error and I would have to place the order again. However, the item was now out of stock! I was lied to about when I then queried what had happened and it was now to late to source teh same gift elsewhere. Deceitful and dishonest.

I then decided to order again with them 6 months later, against my better judgement, because they were 40e cheaper than their competitors. Using the same account as before I placed the order and all seemed fine. I logged in the next day to confirm that the order was shipping, after the last fiasco, to find that the order was cancelled again. When I rang CS they told me my account had been deactivated due to inactivity. I was never notified of this and they didnt even apologise. When asked could I reactivate it I was told no, I asked about setting up new account and was then told I couldnt use the same email address as it was already in the system. To delete the account would take 5 working days! At this stage I have given up as they as incompetent, dishonest and absolutely useless. Save yourself the hassle and just buy it elsewhere
