Very pleased but feel like my bank account has been hacked!
Everything was handled smoothly and professionally right from our initial meeting with the salesman. He took a couple of hours to scamp out some computer generated images of how our wardrobes would look then started the soft pressure sales script. It was almost hilarious to watch the ‘initial’ price slowly being eroded via various discounts to the final bottom-book figure. What a waste of time! Why can’t Sharps just offer the best price at the start without all the theatre?!
Even the ‘best price’ was a stunning fortune. Sharps might well be one of the market leaders but MASSIVELY overpriced.
Having said that, our fitter, Anthony, was the absolute perfect gentleman and a joy to have working in our home. His work is meticulous and he finished the job ahead of time which was a bonus. The wardrobes look stunning and overall the experience was a good one. Though for what we paid, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for the fitters to take away all the packing and unused bits of wood left behind. Apparently this is company policy made clear in the contract. But it’s a policy that means I’ve got at least two trips to the local tip.
Just been informed by Sharps that there is a free collection service for leftovers, so my apologies for the moan.
