Furniture arrived on time but with a piece missing. Emailed NOF who promptly rectified their mistake. I lost a bolt from one of the chairs and they kindly sent me a mixed bag of replacements. Excellent service and lovely furniture. There’s a bit of DIY to do, but nothing major. Our home office now looks swish and uncluttered.
