Fast delivery and well packaged. Took advantage of a great sale they had on which made them by far the cheapest store on the net!

Appalling. On the morning of the day of delivery we had to call them and be told that the bed wasnt actually being delivered anymore that day. Had to beg for a loan bed so didnt have to sleep on the floor for 10 days.
Second delivery, 10 days later, came incomplete -just missing LITERALLY HALF OF THE BED!
Had enough at this point so decided to cancel the order as we didnt want to give money to such an incompetent, useless company.
However, our deposit has been retained due to the loan bed so now we have to wait until we have enough cash to put down another deposit on another bed before getting the deposit for this one back.
The customer service guy was rude, nonchalant and unhelpful. Even condensending at times.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! The sooner they go out of business the better.
