So after months of phone calls and…

So after months of phone calls and emails I have finally been refunded the money I had to pay in cash to have my furniture delivered because of scs mistake and negligence. I have requested a phone call from senior management but have not had one which is very disappointing as I would like to know why a company like scs insist you pay delivery drivers cash and that driver cannot give you a receipt. It seems very dodgy to me but I wanted my furniture so had no option but to pay it. Won't be in this situation again as I will never do business with scs again.

I have now spent 4 days trying to set…

I have now spent 4 days trying to set up my account and download videos from my camera without any luck. You can't speak to a customer service person. I have paid my money and have had to validate my account with my credit card. Done that. Now they are asking for a receipt to show iv paid. This service and company are a joke and would not recommend them to anyone

Very poor customer service

So from my last review regarding Castelan poor customer service I had an email from them to say that they had passed my problem back to scs where I purchased my furniture. Now they couldn't explain the reason for this and as far as I was concerned when I paid for my furniture my contract with scs was finished and when I started to pay my insurance my contract with Castelan began. So now not only as we enter the 4th month have Castelan not sorted out my problem they have left me very confused as to who is now responsible for my claim. Is it Castelan to sort or is it ScS. I would be grateful if Castelan could confirm.

Very poor customer service

Well as we approach another month without any correspondence from Castelan apart from a time wasting phone call wanting to know why I gave them a bad review I am still no further on with my claim. Castlean have told me it is a problem with the manufacturer because it is the first time they have dealt with them. SCS have told me that our furniture is one of their most popular sellers so take what you want from that. The only step I have left is to contact consumer rights and see where I stand legally as Castlean have said they will not put a time limit on my claim so I could be here this time next year writing poor reviews for their service.

We had a Castelar insurance assessor…

We had a Castelar insurance assessor visit our home on the 13th of February and he made his assessment. We had a very prompt reply telling us our claim had been excepted. Here we are 3months later and still no repair and not only that we have only heard from Castelan when we have contacted them. Very poor service

Farnborough SCS Store

We went to your Farnborough Store and was met by Linton, who was very professional, friendly and full of information. We were not pestered in any way, and once we had chosen a couple of different sofas Linton helped greatly with his experience of the products, to help us decide on the set of sofas that would best suit our home. We await the delivery of the sofas in 8 weeks time and hopefully the customer service remains as good as it was in store.

The sales man that was dealing with us…

The sales man that was dealing with us was very good. We spent a lot of time in the store and he stayed with us the whole time but wasn't trying to force sell. Good personality and very professional.
