So after months of phone calls and emails I have finally been refunded the money I had to pay in cash to have my furniture delivered because of scs mistake and negligence. I have requested a phone call from senior management but have not had one which is very disappointing as I would like to know why a company like scs insist you pay delivery drivers cash and that driver cannot give you a receipt. It seems very dodgy to me but I wanted my furniture so had no option but to pay it. Won't be in this situation again as I will never do business with scs again.
