FIRST AND LAST TIME I'LL EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Drop.com says the item I bought will be delivered on Sept 24, 2021. It changed delivery to Sept 27, then the following day, then again the following day. Today is already October 2, 2021. FedEx is no help. Drop does not have a phone number to call and their chat is useless. The CS I kept emailing with, Damian, practically says too bad for me, keep waiting, he wont do anything, and it is FedEx fault. Their website is the one that promised the delivery date, not me. They can't even check nor care where the package is already. First and last from this website.

Hello, we apologize for the delay in your delivery. Our couriers sometimes encounter unexpected delays. While our Community Support team has access to other tracking websites to share more info, we are not always successful if the couriers do not make additional scans. We want to ensure that you receive your order, so please contact us at drop.com/support if it hasn't arrived. -AV

Review of Bezali Watches

FAKE? DEFINITELY NOT NEW...

FAKE? DEFINITELY NOT NEW...

The watch I ordered was advertised as new. I got a watch that is obviously used. I ordered a similar watch from another website and I noticed the back of the watch as very different...The one from the Bezali is missing a lot of markings on the back. The Bezali watch is also curiously lighter than the one I got from another website.

This is going back. I guess the reviews were right, lots of fakes in this website.

Review of Paypal

PAYPAL LOVES ITS FRAUDSTERS

I bought a foldable wagon online to which the seller provided a UPS tracking number that was delivered to a different person and address. I spoke with UPS and they confirmed the tracking number was for a different person and address, not for me. I filed a claim with Paypal stating such and even asked them to call UPS to confirm of the willing fraud commited by the seller, but the claim was denied 2 days later after the seller provided the same tracking #. I spoke with a paypal rep and she said that since the seller provided a tracking number, they will side with the seller. I did a 3 way call conference with that same paypal claims rep and a UPS rep and the UPS rep confirmed that the tracking number was for a different person and the address is different from mine. Guess what, the paypal rep said they cant do anything about it. I asked about their buyer protection BS, and she said they also have a seller protection program. I then asked if the confirmation by the UPS rep that the seller willingly and fraudulently gave Paypal and I a tracking number that is not for me, she said they will abide by their decision to deny my claim and that I should pursue the case with my bank. What a bunch of conniving fraudsters. I guess that is why eBay has dropped them them they are a useless piece of dung.

Their mechanic loves to cancel weeks old appointments.

Their mechanic cancelled on me 2x already. The first time he cancelled, I rescheduled and he came to do the maintenance, after all the hassles of moving things and appointments I shouldve done if he only kept his schedule. Did not even apologize for the cancellation after he finally came over. I dont even think he remembers that cancellation or just dont give a crap. Then he cancelled on me again on another maintenance transmission fluid change. And this is not like it appointment was scheduled a few days ago, this was scheduled weeks ago. I shouldve trusted my gut and just scheduled with another mechanic, but Im a creature of habit and does not want to keep changing people who work on my cars. YourMechanic cant even help. Only thing they say is we will reschedule you. Thats about it, take it or leave it. They can reschedule it up where the sun doesn't shine. Last time Ill use this service.

And now yourmechanic is crying foul because I included their "professional" mechanic's name.

Went to EG Custome Detail Collision Spa for repair, they damaged it further.

My wife brought our black 2015 Nissan Pathfinder to have water spots removed here about a week ago. Our neighbor's sprinkler damaged it and she agreed to pay for it. They said its gonna be done in a day. Great!

My wife went back the following day with the neighbor to pick up our car and for the neighbor to pay it and thats when this Reuben told her that he has good news and bad news. They took off the water spots...but someone backed off our car with the passenger door open and damaged it. They said theyll fix it. Of course, you damaged it. He said they will take half off from the payment of the waterspots.

They gave us a loaner. Our car stays in for another week. And they gave a 50% discount to the person that caused us to bring our car to them in the first place.

In the meantime, we were left with a car that is more damaged than when we brought it in and they are proud about the discount.

I guess he got the bad news out...so what is the good news?

I got it back just now and business as usual. Not even a mention of anything besides giving me a copy of the paperwork and me handing them the loaner key. Got my keys and the paperwork. I even asked the lady, Janice, I think, that handed me the paperwork if that is it. That's it.

Not even a walk-through for our property that they damaged to show me what they did.

The 2 ladies out front cant even look me in the eye, well, they were busy with the computer, I guess. Im nothing more than a customer that probably is bothering their sweet time anyway....

Thanks for damaging my car and for the crappy customer service.

Add: I just saw that they also damaged the blind spot mirror on the passenger side. Went back right away and asked them to replace it. I asked Eddie to just call it in today at Oreilly's because I am not leaving the car anymore. I can probably put it on without damaging anything. He even said Oreilly's near McDonalds along EG Blvd. GUESS WHAT, I WENT TO OREILLY'S....NOTHING, OREILLY STAFF SAID NO CALL.

Thanks Eddie...thanks for wasting my time.
