Excellent service for EPC certificate. Easy process, kept fully informed. Appointment booked in quickly (within a few days) and attended the exact time they were scheduled to visit (within a week). Highly recommended. Looked at reviews which were excellent. I was able to speak to customer services easily, they answered straight away and spoke about the process. This company is very professional and I would definitely use them again. Five stars from me.

I just wanted to thank you Gemma for her outstanding customer service today. She was so knowledgeable and professional, phoning me back promptly with any problems resolved. It really was a refreshing change to have the best customer service experience and feel like it wasn’t a problem, she made it seem like she enjoyed helping. This booking couldn’t have gone smoother so a massive well done and thank you from me (who was definitely confused before speaking to someone). To start with I could not fault this service to get our mortgage through, however this company have set up a standing order and have now taken 3 payments form our account! I have had to make phone calls to the bank to get this stopped and disputed! Be aware! They take your bank details so make sure you cancel this straight away with them online (even if free) and at the bank. Very disappointed.

I do not accept their response, there should be a one off fee, or a tick box where you can cancel this straight away. They rely on people forgetting to do this to make their money. They will not refund this even though I have not accessed this for two month! No good will and standard reply. I would like to know what percentage of people get caught out by this legal scam.

I have read the reviews and went with See Tickets because of all five star reviews. To get into the website and use it was fabulous! It actually gave me a good amount of time to complete the booking compared to other sites which become stressful and pressured so thank you! Only negative I have read is customer service when tickets don’t arrive. Here’s to hoping you get another five stars for service and delivery of tickets. If you do this right, I certainly will be booking with you rather than other sites! So excited for my purchase thank you!

Had wonderful experiences before, but the 10% off code they sent me did not work. Was advised to purchase and they would refund. I used loyalty points at the end, never used these before and was only a few pound but thought might as well. I phoned customer services again and they said you can’t use both. Asked to be escalated but they said the same thing. I also queried the codes they sent me had not worked before, but they were not interested. Great products obviously issues with IT discount codes, and worse than poor customer service!

Sample tile came in good time, I called a local branch for advice and they were happy to give advice and answer all my questions. Will purchase again, quality products and very professional.

Wow, what a pleasure to do business with friendly helpful company and staff who were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We had a bad experience with our first son when we got caught out with insurance that went through a broker so we saved a few pounds a month but paid £100 to get out when he passed. No payment at the end in fact they have refunded me! Fantastic value for money and not a rip off! Would not hesitate to recommend. Credit where credit is due, you don’t get many insurance companies like this one who are up front! Well done collingwood!

I first bought an engraved glass and engraved hand bag mirror for some special birthdays. They arrived quickly and the engraving and quality of the products were brilliant. Both recipients loved the present, I have since made a couple more orders (for the same thing) again prompt delivery and high quality goods! Very happy with purchases and would recommend!
