Avoid this company!!

Avoid this company!!
We needed to buy a door for our new bathroom, we used build world due to the product we wanted being in stock and 2-3 day delivery being offered.
First red flag was no order confirmation, our first contact was an email outlining the 40% restocking charge if the product wasn’t suitable. 3 days later I contacted the company, was greeted by a very uninterested customer service advisor. I discussed my order, only to be told that I will hear from the manufacturer next week to discuss delivery which would mean actually being delivered within 12-14 days, I mentioned that the website is still offering the product as in stock and delivery with-in 2-3 days, they were not interested, I asked to speak to someone who might be interested only to be told no one would be! That I would need to email my complaint.
I’ve emailed and shockingly I’ve heard nothing. This company is dishonest and offer the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Excellent service, visited store and then requested samples all handled professionally and with care.
We got the samples we wanted and will be ordering and have recommended to friends and family.

Not one of P&O’s best experiences.

I had booked for 3 people 2 of which needed assistance not until I asked for help did we get any additional assistance which due to equipment breakdown we had to go through the back of house to get to a working lift, My mother who had mobility issues was made to wait along with everyone else which was extremely uncomfortable for her, we also booked breakfast in the kitchen restaurant, The cooked breakfast was very low quality and as such poor value in our opinion. I have been on a few of these mini cruises but sadly this one was one of the best.

Terrible communication

Terrible communication. I was expecting delivery for a birthday present this Friday. Friday morning I was sent an email saying I was being issued a refund due to sending the item back because it didn’t fit. As I’d never received it, that was impossible. I assume the items had run out and a reason had to be entered to issue the refund. However, this could have been communicated and wasn’t, so I was left at the last minute trying to find a replacement present all because nothing was communicated. Finding a replacement with 2 days and no shops open as you can imagine was difficult. Very disappointing. I won’t risk ordering from you online again. I shop with you all the time, so I’m feeling very let down.

Disappointed

Disappointed! Used the click and collect service, recieved my notification to say items were ready, so went to collect, used automatic system to get receipt and waited, after 15 mins went up to counter to ask if i’d Miss my ticket being called, which I hadn’t. Lady took receipt and told me she would be right with me. After another 10 minuets I was checked up on and I pointed out I was waiting show receipt this lady went looking only to come back and tell me one of my item had been lost between the warehouse and the front counter! And that was the last one, I got that item refunded! Only to wait another 10 minuets for the other item! Communication was lacking throughout. I was in store for 45 minuet having used the click and collect I was hoping to be in and out! Very disappointed, this hasn’t been my experience of Argos in the past.
