I've just discovered Ben Baker Design and bought an art deco lamp from him for one of my restaurants. His service and attention to detail and desire to get everything right is terrific in an age where getting personal attention from a company is so so hard. I will buy from him again and will also use him for repairs if required.

My Memory sells great products and great customer service. They even answer telephones quickly.

Customer service is excellent.Products generally as described but have found some e.g. spray to prevent eyeglasses misting only as good as water....i.e. does not do the the job. They refunded it immediately but it's still for sale. Other products and prices good.

Always a good company to buy from. Orders sent quickly, and if there's an issue there's a phone number which is answered quickly. They haven't hidden behind 'Covid' as an excuse as have so many other companies. Trustworthy and good prices too.

I've decided to renew on a 1 year fixed rate tarriff for the 5th year running. I particularly liked their promise to match another supplier's prices before my curent fixed tarrif runs out if they are cheaper...provided that the other supplier is a 'significant' rather than 'fly by night' company. I like the company and am prepared to pay perhaps 5-6% more for the good service.
