I've decided to renew on a 1 year fixed rate tarriff for the 5th year running. I particularly liked their promise to match another supplier's prices before my curent fixed tarrif runs out if they are cheaper...provided that the other supplier is a 'significant' rather than 'fly by night' company. I like the company and am prepared to pay perhaps 5-6% more for the good service.
