Only 1 star because you cannot apply zero. Arrived in Pisa from Lucca just over 2 hours later than the time arranged for rental car pick-up from SURPRICE to find they had cancelled the contract per their T&C's so all fees lost. To add insult they offer me the same car I had booked but ONLY at full cost including full insurance etc. for an extra 200 Euro over the agreed price. Spoke to Do you Italy customer service who take zero responsibility, with no support being taken on their part for offering SURPRICE cars in their website . I have rented from doyouItaly/ Spain etc multiple times without incident but will not do so again nor will i go near SURPRICE- absolute rip-off

This review was removed as it highlighted an issue with the rental agent (Surprice)and not the supplier of the vehicle ( Auto one.it) I have increased the stars to 3, no more, for Auto one as the car I received had been in an incident of some sort and was scraped and dented all along the driver side, interior was fine exterior was not.

In the queue for tickets, then you advise that I need to be logged in to the account to get the tickets, why not tell me that sooner so I can be prepared

Agents were welcoming, understood the request and made it easy to make an appointment

It was of course frustrating but nit surprising that we were unable to go on our planned trip to NZ, However, Matt Power was not only extremely helpful in arranging our flights and travel sequences but also Matt and Dial a flight were terrific in ensuring that we got the refunds that were due. It all happened effortlessly and I trusted Dial a flight to ensure that it came good which it did. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt and dial flight for travel needs.
