Really enjoying the app so far

Really enjoying the app so far, great range of movements that have improved my strength and conditioning over 28 days. I also find it less pushy than some apps which I appreciate. Looking forward to seeing how it progresses. I have only given 4 stars as I don't think the calorie tracking integration is that good.

Great value coffee and a good range of products..the only problem I have is the mixture of old types makes it hard to recycle

I have used BOX twice now to order…

I have used BOX twice now to order smart plugs and extension cables and I have been very impressed. The product is delivered quickly, the ordering process is easy, and when my item was out of stock I was quickly emailed when it came back into stock. I would recommend buying from Box.

Great range of socks

Great range of socks, quick delivery despite all the strikes. These socks are the best I've worn. Soft, warm, breathable and they look great too. Oh and the boxers are equally good!

I called at 9pm on a Sunday night...

I called at 9pm on a Sunday night as I needed to access online banking quite urgently and couldn't remember my log in. Samantha (Scottish lass) answered quickly, was really polite and patient with me as I bumbled my way through the security process, and helped me reset my password and get logged in to online banking and the app on my phone. She left me feeling extremely satisfied and confident that if I have an issue again I can get it sorted quickly - by a real person! Thank you Samantha.

It's obviously not a great time for households at the moment with energy prices rising so much, however I feel that Octopus have communicated really well and explained all the changes clearly. I feel confident that I am with a supplier that has my interests at heart.

Very happy with my…

Overall I was very happy with my experience with Zest. It's an easy service to use and have no problems with anything on the Zest side of things. The only thing that could have been better was their understanding of the rules for driving in Greece during Covid (e.g. how many people allowed in a car), as this caused us some uncertainty.

Non-existent customer care team - is this a scam?

On the face of it this is a good card with some great offers, especially the taste card for a year, free phone insurance and free training sessions/spa days, however I have had a very similar experience to many of these reviews. Firstly, it is not £20 one off as the sales team suggested. £20 per month. Secondly, I was advised I could sign up for one for my partner as well so we could both have the benefits of Supercard. I was told that I could sign up for her and the ownership of the account could be transferred to her when we log in to the account section of the site/app, however there is nowhere to do this. This is an additional £20 per month that is coming out of my account and we have nothing to show for it. I have contacted customers services a number of times by phone (never an answer) and by email (1 working day? Try 2 months). If this ISN'T a scam, I'm sure someone from Supercard will get in touch and be able to refund me for the 2 months in which I have been unable to get any customer service. I advise people to think carefully before signing up for the card, and especially don't do it in the street as the agents are mis-selling the product.
