These clothes look absolutely gorgeous on their website, but not when you receive them! Quality is poor but then what can you expect as they are not expensive clothing 🤔 However, I would never recommend this company and will never buy again from them. If you need to send items back it is a nightmare!!!

Another update...Stephanie is no good you telling me to email customer services, I have many times and called...still no response!
As you are well aware, I have now cancelled my order and ordered elsewhere and asked you for a refund...this has not been done either! Also to add I have found exactly the same boots £25 cheaper...and cancelled my goods in basket with JD for my grandsons brithday....happy days!

Just an update on this...still no order received...appalling customer service. I will never buy from JD sports again and urge others not too either unless you want to experience a disgraceful service!!

Where do I begin....a complete and utter shambles from JD Sports!
I placed an order on line for next day delivery, which never turned up. So we were told to expect it today. Guess what ...yep never turned up ...DPD driver said it was carded...this parcel was being delivered to a local store...carded? so nobody was there to take delivery!!! Still have had no response from JD about redirecting this parcel and looks like my grandson will not receive his football boots bought by his nanny!!
Hang your heads in shame you useless lot at JD!!!
No more of my business coming your way...........
