Very polite and efficient and did a great job

Dreadful experience. Company changed our booked crossing time and then the revised ferry left an hour later than scheduled with no information. No hot food available (with no warning). We were given a voucher for food at check in due to not all food outlets being open. When we tried to redeem it the staff were embarrassed because the offer was supposed to have ended the previous day. They did find some crisps and sandwiches to offer us however. On our return we were told at check in that our ferry was delayed by an hour because they had been so busy the previous day. This meant that as we had arrived early as requested we had a very long wait, and there was nowhere at the port to even get a cup of tea.again no hot food on the ferry, with many people wandering around looking for food. Staff on the coffee bar were very stressed and in some cases rude.
Altogether totally chaotic, and although we have used this company many times in the past we will not be using them again.

We made a mistake when we ordered one of our blinds but this was quickly resolved
