My partner contacted this company via a message facility on their website. Asking a question regards a Parker pen. They never replied. We tried ringing them, nobody ever answered. No voicemail facility, nothing. Three days on, never heard back. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. I'm always wary of any company, that you can't contact by telephone. Meaning, if you have any issues, you can't speak to them. They don't deserve any custom if this is how they treat people. Woeful.

My partner ordered 2 Eglo Solo lights from this company 3 weeks ago now. The only e mail she received since stated "Your order updated status in progress". Nothing since. You hear nothing from them unless you write to them asking where your lights are. They take your money, but don't deliver the goods. Mark from Comet Lighting has sent e mails saying he contacted Eglo in Holland, and they told him they had been dispatched. But they never arrived. Then another e mail stating, he has contacted Eglo again asking regards the delivery of the lights, but heard nothing back. What an apsolute joke of a company. Now my Partner has escalated this to a claim to get a full refund. Because she has "Buyer protection" with the way she paid. 3 weeks on, and a big fat nothing. What a shambles of a company. Is Mark the only customer service rep that works there!! Only he is the only one who ever replies!! Would not recommend to anyone..AVOID.

I have taken out a home insurance policy with Esure. Everything was smooth sailing. Great price, great customer service.. A +++++++

Really brilliant company. The Crown paint i use is second to none. Goes on smoothly, without even the need for a second coat. A special thank you to Leanne at head office. She was so helpful, and obliging. Overall, a great experience, and i would highly recommend this company to anyone. A +++++++

Lloyds Direct are fantastic. They e mail you well in advance when you are running short of medication. So if you happen to forget they e mail or send you a text to your phone. All your medications are delivered to your door. You don't even have to go to a chemist!!

I can't recommend Echo highly enough. They send you an e mail when your medication is due to run out. Then they send you follow up reminders. So there is no chance of you forgetting!!!. When your medication arrives, it normally fits through the letterbox, and there is available tracking details, so you can follow its journey.

Pen refills never arrived. Very poor service. Got a refund, but that's the very least they could do considering i never received what i'd paid for!!!
