Customer service is very poor. Calling the local gym resulted in a recommendation to call Planet Fitness. That call resulted in a recommendation to contact the local club. Circular in nature. The gyms I visit in Georgia and Tennessee seem to be clean, friendly, and well maintained. Not so in Pinellas County, FL. Brunswick, GA is the best so far. Enough equipment and weight to stay in good shape. Okay as an inexpensive membership for someone who travels a lot. But, the poor customer service, and what I regard as unethical behavior with billing, may cause me to jump ship.
