Dishonest, lack of transparency, APPALLING
Simply appalling. In writing the local police have given me an account of their incompetence at more than one failed eviction. Playing on layman and using the process to make their charges as high as possible. £500 + for locks you can supply and fit for £100. Save yourself and AVOID.

Without going into great detail about the case, this was not a routine eviction. On the first attendance, there were several people, in addition to the tenant, barricaded inside the house, as well as 15-20 more people outside threatening our staff. There were also dogs in the house that we had not been made aware of. The Police advised us to withdraw, as they did not have the resources to make any arrests. We then, with your agreement, applied to court to attend without notice. We returned, again with Police support, and completed the eviction successfully after forcing rapid entry through the front door.
