Visited the New Malden branch and was helped by Georgia and Sam over consecutive weekends to select pram, car seat, nursery furniture and clothes. It's our first child and we were very clueless so both spent a lot of time with us explaining the prams and helping us come to a decision. They were very knowledgeable and patient. The store has a a lot of options, all high quality and stylish. And they have some great deals when buying in bulk in an appointment

We’ve bought a couple of pieces from Daals for our new house and quality is always top, and very easily assembled too due to clear instructions.

Delivery service is always quick and easy, and special shout out to James and Sean for carrying the chest of drawers up 2 flights of stairs to our attic room! Most couriers would simply leave on your doorstep but not with Daals.

I had a great experience with RSL Man and Van, who redelivered all my items from storage to my new house. I had an awful experience previously for the packing and storage with a well known competitor , so I had RSL do the redelivery instead. Communication with the team beforehand was good as I had to provide the storage information and get them registered with the storage unit. Everything went without a hitch, even though the original driver was replaced last minute due to a family issue, leaving us with Rus instead.

They were then both efficient and careful with the loading and unloading, and were great, friendly guys. Would definitely use again for any future moves

I had a great experience with Polish Man and Van, who redelivered all my items from storage to my new house. I had an awful experience previously for the packing and storage with a well known competitor , so I had Polish Man and Van do the redelivery instead. Communication with the team beforehand was good as I had to provide the storage information to allow their access without me. Everything went without a hitch and they even started much earlier (with my consent) than we had arranged which worked well for us.

They were then both efficient and careful when unloading the van and rearranging furniture. they even were able to take off and reattach the front door to get a sofa in. Highly recommend for your house moves and their rates are very good!

I had an awful experience when moving house with AnyVan, with whom I had booked a premium package removal service (including packing), storage and then re-delivery. Whilst it seems they may be good at delivering a known quantity of items, they are not fit for purpose for full house removals.

We were moving from a 5 bedroom house, so was very shocked to see only a Luton van turn up on moving day. Whilst I had calculated the big furniture correcty, I had underestimated the number of boxes we needed - which is not unreasonable when I am paying them to pack for me. How can I estimate the number of boxes accurately without them being packed? The driver said he could only pack and take the exact number of boxes specified, leaving me to sort the rest - fortunately this was happening the day before completion so I had the morning of to finish everything up. But I had to frantically hire a van and sort self storage at very short notice. And this left our stuff in 2 seperate storages, requiring 2 diffferent redelivery teams when needed...not ideal at all!

The packing men, knowing there weren't going to be enough boxes, started with the low hanging fruit (e.g. clothes, shoes, bedding etc) and left us to finish doing the delicate stuff in the kitchen that requires wrapping before packing.

When I complained to AnyVan, they offered me a 15% discount on my redelivery - when I asked them to confirm the new price they gave me a price that was £168 MORE than the original undiscounted price (£399 vs £568). When I rightly questioned this I was told the price I was given before was a quote and not fixed, despite the fact the same items were going to be redelivered as quoted. They did not apologise or recognise this was outrageous behaviour.

At this point I cancelled my redelivery which a much better company, who were far more competant. However, on moving in day we were amazed to see that the AnyVan packers hadn't bothered to label well over half of the boxes! Fun when moving into a 3 story house and you don't know where it has to go.

Overall, would definitely avoid for any house moves.

UPDATE: Anyvan offered me £125 as compensation so I will give them an extra star

We visited HattonGardenJeweller to buy wedding bands for my partner and I. Vincent is very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the different metals and ring types and allowing us to try them all on. When we came to a decision, the price was much more reasonable than other shops on Hatton Garden and high street jewellers too. Vincent also re-sized and polished my partner's engagement ring for free. Our rings were ready to pick up less than 3 weeks later.

Would highly recommend visiting Vincent.

We had to make a claim after our dog had an emergency admission to the vetinary hospital. In what was a very stressful time for us as owners, we could not fault the insurance at all. The vets were able to claim directly from the insurers, all we had to do was pay the excess and a small extra for some tests that exceeded the policy cap (£30 only).

During the process we received comms to say the claim had been submitted and then received a phone call from a friendly agent to say that the claim had been approved, the oustanding charges and the changes to the policy going forwards. This all happened in 5 days of the claim being made. Overall a transparent and fast service, would definitely recommend this insurance company for being easy when you most need them.

Used Qured for my 2 x pre-departure tests (outbound and inbound) and my day 2 test. Can't fault the service at all. Would recommend to anyone travelling abroad, just make sure that you leave enough time for the tests to be delivered as it takes a day or two (i.e. don't try the day before).

I was pleasantly surprised when using Cazoo. Had planned to use a traditional budget dealership for my car but was persuaded by finding a car I liked at a good price and the 7 day guarantee in lieu of a test drive. Also, when buying the car I decided to see what the part exchange price would be and it was much better than I had been offered elsewhere.

The listing for the car I bought showed 3 imperfections - 2 of which were very minor indeed and 1 of which I still can't really see myself. But it is great to see a dealership being open and not trying to hide these things.

After buying I received useful emails and then a phone call the day before delivery where I was told exactly what would happen. On the day of the delivery, the driver Gary rang me up to tell me he was 10 minutes away and was very friendly and informative showing me around the car. There was no fuss at all in taking my old car away either, as I know certain places will start start knocking the exchange price down when they see the car in person.

The car I bought was in great condition and came with a goodie back which was a a nice touch.

Overall, really happy with Cazoo and would 100% recommend.
