Is this a real company?

They don't answer phone calls nor reply emails. There is no way to get hold of them.

Is this a real company operated by real people? I started a dispute with my bank to find out.

My air ticket is cancelled by the airline.

I first tried to contact through the form on the website. It's been 11 days and have got no reply.

I also called multiple times. Every time, the system says waiting time is about 3 minutes. Then it got cut off automatically after a few minutes.

PCN received after getting a service

1. 20 September 2018
PCN received after getting a service. While getting a service, my car wasn't properly parked by the garage and received a ticket. A clear picture from the council website showing the ticket displayed on the wind screen. Yet I was told they were not aware of the ticket.

After reporting the incidence, the customer care team didn't take good care of it. Email wasn't replied properly and they are not contactable through the phone.

After 28 days, nothing was resolved and the penalty is now increased by another 50%.
Firstly, they had no ground to appeal as the photo taken by the parking inspector clearly showed the fault.
Secondly, they didn't manage properly the appeal, otherwise they wouldn't see another increase.
I'm reducing the rating from 2 stars to 1 star.
