I receive an email from PayPal that a charge of 39.95 occurred on my account from Freshly, I called Freshly and they said no charge or no purchase, I asked them to send me an email about it and they did, I conferenced call with PayPal and Freshly, the Freshly representative confirmed that there was no purchase, PayPal sent me an email that the charge is valid!
This can be a signal and warning for public that PayPal is doing organized fraud. There has been reports of money laundry and fraud by PayPal.

It sounds very much like another scam,
they collect the fee but no service and no message answered.
Thank you for replying that I was not clear and other false comments, Yes I was not clear about this false advertising and this fraud, yes they responded to every message before getting paid and then sending me a fake link showing they advertised but never did, and they never answered why I was charged for no service.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't fully understand what was required when using our Full Service Rental option. I've checked all of your communication and see that we've answered all of your calls and have responded to every email in a very timely manner.
As we advised, the delay in activating your posting was because your resort advised us that you did not have a valid reservation for the dates you entered when you made your purchase. We let you know about this on December 14th and followed up with you as well. Unfortunately, we didn't receive your reservation from you until January 14th, even though we thoroughly explained the rental process in our initial communication and when you called on December 28th and January 10th.
We do regret that you weren't clear on what was necessary. We feel that we explain the process and requirements quite clearly. The reason why we require owners to first make a reservation with their resort is because we cannot verify a reservation that doesn't exist.

To put it quite simply, there is absolutely no benefit for us to send you a 'fake' link or a fake posting, as you've claimed. Our revenue comes from both postings and bookings and we want as many postings to successfully rent as possible.
Our staff has invested considerable time in assisting you, which include 14 telephone calls, as well as all of the time it took to help you understand that we needed an actual reservation at your resort before we could proceed with your rental. Sending you false information wouldn't be of any benefit to our company.

First you receive an mail with some promotion, when you try to use it, then they start charging you several times, you call the number and they keep you on hold several times with contradicting information.
