Smooth, easy and quick to respond

Has been a fantastic experience.
Initial sales and signing of the lease was easy and smooth.
While waiting for delivery of the car, Lorraine was excellent, polite and professional in all our correspondence.
The car was a little delayed, out off their control, but it meant we were without a car for a couple weeks. But despite my regular and persistent check-ins for updates Lorraine remained very helpful and always quick to respond.

Great customer service before and after ordering

Rizwaan was very helpful answering all my questions before ordering and I never felt pressured. But the friendliness and willingness to offer good customer service contributed to me wanting to order. Ordering was an easy experience on the website. A week after ordering the price dropped on the vehicle I ordered. I raised this with zen auto and they amended the order I made to match this new price, no hesitation or questions asked. I ordered an in stock vehicle with expected delivery time of 8-10 weeks. It has currently been 2 weeks, will see how long until the car arrives.
Edit - Car has been delivered after 6 weeks from placing order. The car came with a large chip on the windscreen. After contacting zen auto they were really friendly and no issues sorting it out for us.

Added stress when moving abroad and unsympathetic customer support

I am an expat moving from the UK. I opened the account in the UK as I wanted to use it when paying for my rent and deposit of my new apartment, as this was in euros. I also wanted a Maestro card as it is a lot more useful in the Netherlands, but I was given a MasterCard. I contacted them a couple times, before and after I moved, explaining that I needed a Maestro card, but was told I will need to pay to order one. The only reason I opened an account with Revolut was because I needed a bank account that was easy to set up and give me a Maestro card. As well the customer support was unsympathetic to my situation, using comments like "should have thought of that before" which are not helpful at all. Well I did think about it before and was considering Revolut or N26 and I am regretting not trying N26, but am now reconsidering it. You would think opening an account with Revolut would be easy and uncomplicated, which is what you need when moving abroad as there are enough things to stress about. But unfortunately Revolut has ended up on the list of things to stress about, when I initially thought it wouldn't end up there.
All this over just a piece of plastic.

Our system chooses the card brand randomly based on some internal criteria. In your case, only Mastercard was available and unfortunately, we have no possibility to change that manually.

A scam!

We booked a car with them through 'doyouitaly.com' and were told that there was no young driver fee and we were told that on arrival would only need to pay €83.60. However when we arrived we were told that it was not possible and we had to then pay a young driver fee making the total amount to pay now €223.59.
I'm not sure how this is allowed to quote one price on one website and then on arrival to add a massive price hike when the customer can't escape!
It's unacceptable.
