Our kitchen was extremely tired but as we are thinking of moving we didn’t want to spend a fortune. We contacted We Spray UPVC and the comms were fantastic from the off. We had to send photos of the cupboard doors and they sent us a colour chart. They then sent someone round to look at the kitchen in person and we were then given a price. We agreed a date for the doors to be removed and taken away to be prepped for spraying which was a Friday, and they were returned on the Monday. It took the whole day but they look fantastic! We are really happy and it looks like new for a fraction of the cost!

Delivered to the wrong house. Preferences say front porch and delivered to a house with no porch and left on the step

Specifically requested an after 3pm installation when ordered. Confirmation email said 8am to 1pm. Rang customer service who rearranged appt to after 3pm. At 9.30am on installation day engineer rang to say he was at the house. Rang customer service who found the bite where I had changed the appt but said they couldn’t send someone in the afternoon. Put me through to another team and I was promised someone would come that afternoon. Came home from work and no one had arrived by 5.45pm - contacted customer service who said the engineer was completing external checks and would be here within 20 minutes. An hour later contacted them again and was told there were no notes about the engineer appt being rearranged. Was then too late to speak to someone as it was past 7pm. Next morning I cancelled the order - absolutely disgusting treatment of customers.

Simple switch! Customer service guy was great and very efficient and all done in 5 minutes!! Now edited - confirmation email had incorrect time on and whole process became a complete nightmare that ended with a cancelled order!

Delivery was within the timescale and the delivery man was cheerful and polite, rang with an estimated time and arrived exactly when he said he would. Delivery was smooth.
