SCAM and RIP OFF!

Smells and looks cheap yet costs a fortune! Horrible! Website says 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but then in their return policy it says you can only return it if you used 1-2 sprays!!!! How can you tell if it does what it says after only a spray?
It’s a SCAM, RIP OFF and bunch of liars.
I want my money back!

As stressful as the times can be during…

As stressful as the times can be during the pandemic, with a few lockdowns behind us, no support from government for small business whatsoever, I have struggled a bit in the past few months. Spoke last week to a very rude man on the phone, who was not understanding at all, threatening with power disconnection and extra charges, cause quite a few sleepless nights and a whole lot of anxiety.
Today to my HUGE RELIEF, I spoke to a lovely lady called Tija, who was extremely helpful and understanding. She made my day! She is an absolute angel! Thank you so much for your help 🙏

Review of Plump It!

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Makes your lips swell up slightly, but it didn't last for more than 1h for me. What makes it way too expensive!

I bought this product after seeing some promising YouTube videos. I have to admit, it arrived next day, so kudos for that.
What you get is a very little pen that looks like oversized lip liner. The applicator is a flexible rubbery thingy that helps you apply the product. The liquid gets absorbed so you are not left with a sticky, ugly, super glossy lips like with other products, and I like that.
So, after it arrived I tried it straight away and did spot a slight difference. That little effect very soon subcided (like 30 min!) I then applied some more as directed. 3 clicks this time. It did sting, which is expected with a lip plumping product, but it wasn't an excruciating pain. Nothing i couldn't stand. Just burning. This weakened after a while but I felt it for at least an hour after applying the product. With the second application I didn't see a difference to the first one even though I used more product. I took before and after photos to compare and yes, my lips did look tiny bit bigger, but OMG so red! You have to apply make up on that or you'd just look like a weirdo walking down the street with lips so bloody red!
This product swells up your lips slightly and makes them feel like they are burning. Literally. This is due to some ingredient that causes blood rushing to your lips. That's all the science that cost you so much money. I can't imagine how on earth this is supposed to last up to 24h???? Maybe after you used the whole product at once. What's most disturbing is the price. £19.99 for that little thing. I already applied it twice and the effect isn't noticeable any more after as little as 1h and it still kinda burns a bit.

Review of The AA Breakdown Cover

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

The AA played a nasty little trick…

The AA played a nasty little trick on us and lied on the phone to get away from the job. It's as simple as that. It is frustrating because we are a gold member now for several years and only used their service once in the past. We had a problem with our motorhome and because the gold membership didn't cover certain service we were charged £400 for recovery truck. After a whole day filled with stress and numerous calls they were UNABLE to recover the vehicle apparently due to its weight being over 3.5T which is a big fat lie. We know exactly how much it weights. We decided to speak to the driver of the recovery truck to find out exactly what happened. So he said this had nothing to do with the weight!!!! Our vehicle was a bit too long for his truck that's all. So that bloody woman on the phone lied to us! She covered her a** with terms and conditions stating they can only recover vehicles under 3.5T. She refund our £400 but this will apparently take 21 days to clear!!! Now I'm £400 short and without my vehicle!!! I ask: what the hell am I paying my membership for if what they do is only cause stress and hastle and they sure are fast to take your money!!!
I AM SWITCHING TO RAC!!!!
THANKS FOR THE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY

Terrible experience! Avoid at all cost!

Terrible experience. Useless customer service. I was promised my issue to be resolved within 24h, yet a week later I’m STILL WAITING!!!!
I bought a phone through carephone warehouse which I need to obtain a proof of purchase for. Because they ordered the phone from these folks, I had to ask them to provide me with the proof. Can’t believe such an easy task can take so long!!! Just spoke to yet another adviser, with no help at all!!
Always asking the same thing over and over again not addressing my issue. Asking for some security password which I’ve never set because I don’t even have an account with this company! I just simply went to Carphone Warwhouse’ website and ordered a phone like you do when doing online shopping.
What’s funny, though, after the call I was supposed to be transferred to complete a survey about the service I received (which, believe me, this time I was really looking forward to completing), the lady didn’t put me through, like she new she was utterly useless!!!

Hello Joanna

Firstly, I’m sorry to hear of the difficulties you've experienced obtaining a proof of purchase for your handset purchased through Carphone Warehouse. Although we’re part of the Carphone Warehouse group, we’re unable to supply proof of purchases for them, and I apologise for the confusion that’s arisen.

I’d recommend visiting a Carphone Warehouse store, where your proof of purchase can be printed whilst you wait. The stores do use the same systems as ourselves, so can see what you’ve purchased, and should only direct you to ourselves if the order was placed with us.

If you’d like to discuss this further, please just provide me with a best contact number for yourself.

Kind regards
