The worst of the worst customer service…

The worst of the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
Booked a ride before i would catch a flight, before taking off i informed the driver we were 1h delayed, when we landed, i saw the driver hadn’t waited and canceled the ride.
I contacted customer service and all they said is that i didn’t reply to the driver in 3 days!!
3 days hadn’t even passed! I replied the same day, just after landing (2h flight)
Then they said they would refund me €6 out lf the €12 i paid, but i actually paid £18!! Which is €20!!! They totally ignored my question about where that money went, and i will receive a £4 refund after the £15 i paid… (€20)
So avoid this company and take an uber

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish

We had the absolute pleasure of renting with Ronke Maye as our letting agent in North London, and we can honestly say she is one of the best we’ve ever come across. From start to finish, Ronke made the whole process feel smooth, stress-free, and genuinely human — which is rare in this industry.

She was always responsive, clear in her communication, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. What really stood out was her empathy and attention to detail. Ronke didn’t just go through the motions, she truly cared about getting everything right for us, and it showed.

Thanks to Ronke, everything was handled efficiently and with a personal touch that made all the difference. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

AVOID! Do not risk it!

After waiting for over 40 min at the stop, no bus came, and the 8 people there waiting had to leave by uber to the airport.
The bus stop S in allsop arms was closed, telling us to wait for the bus at the park road stop instead.
Well, no bus showed up.
This is beyond comprehension, how can the bus stop be closed and you still selling the tickets as usual instead of saying something on the website or just not allowing the people to buy from baker st???
What is the point on doing this and making people lose or be late to the airport?
This is the worst service i have ever experienced in London, the worst without a doubt.
Communication is always absent, leaving people stranded and without any explanation.


Talked to customer service and their answer was: we never told you you could use an uber to get to the airport… excuse me??? After 50min waiting for the service I PAID FOR and no bus showed up… maybe making my way on foot would have been more appropriate for you?!!

So they won’t refund me £68.94 uber because they did not tell me inwas allowed to take an uber…. (Even if the bus never showed up) and i was about to miss my flight.

11 years using this service, yesterday was the end of it.had enough

AVOID!!!!!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They just don’t listen and do not help at all.
Sent an authentic item, they refused the item saying it was fake and cancelled the sale, i sent them the proof of purchase and the answer was why the incompetent people they have working there though my item isn’t authentic, even with the proof of purchase!
Now they want me to pay 15£ to have my item back, otherwise “it will be destroyed in 12 months” (actual words from them)

I cant just believe how an app like this is still running and legal.
Go to depop ebay or vinted, even if they are not the best, still better that VC

Fake shoes with a very poor quality, nothing to do with the real ones.
Ordered 3, one of them has been stuck in customs for 42 days! And they only ask me to wait and wait!! No refund or help whatsoever.
Just avoid this people. No professional sellers.

If I could rate a 0 stars I would
: I sold an item on the 01-08-2022 and the buyer opened a case on november 1st, claiming the item wasn’t authentic. So 3 MONTHS later, depop allowed a buyer to open a claim for a return and refund.

I was on holidays away and wasn’t able to provide the proof of purchase I had at home for this item, i told them several times and no one cared, they just said “provide evidence within 24h”
They didn’t care if I was unable to do it as I wasn’t at home.

They accepted the buyers return and now after 3 MONTHS they want to return an item that it might be impossible for me to sell as it has been worn for 3 MONTHS! And want to refund the buyer fully.

We authenticate all of our items once we receive them from our suppliers. When we checked this t shirt there were no issues, however when you received the t shirt the tag seemed to have been missing a diagonal cut.

We explained this must’ve happened in our warehouses between receiving the item and dispatching it. The colleague who sent it should have double checked so we apologise for the poor service.

You also stated ‘our items aren’t authentic because the mailing bag had hand writing on.’

We explained that we are a small business and therefore we personally address and dispatch the orders but this wasn’t enough for you.

We apologised for the service you received and covered your return postage as a gesture of good will.

To say the item was unauthentic because it had damage is unfair as it was physical damage.

This is the worst service I have ever…

This is the worst service I have ever experienced!!
I’ve been home waiting for the driver to come, suddenly I received and email saying the driver has tried to deliver my parcel but no one was at home!!!???
I have to check my delivery card and see what to do next... guess what!
No delivery card was left because the driver has never come!!!
This is totally rubbish it! They don’t even ring the bells, knock the doors. Now I have no idea how to get my parcel!!

Today the same has happened, all the morning at home and no one has come, when I checked the delivery status, it says: 2nd delivery attempt,
What?!!
I was home! No one came! And again no one has left a card!

My house has a beautiful letterbox in the door, so anyone can fit a letter through it. :)

Hello Maria - I can see from the tracking that we were asked via interactive SMS to deliver your parcel to a neighbour. The driver was at the delivery location, which from Google Streetview appears to be a terraced house, converted to flats.

If the property only has a single letterbox rather than individual ones for each flat, we would not be able to post a notification card for the specific address.

You can use the tracking number you've supplied with your review to check the status of your parcel and I can see that your parcel was returned to the depot yesterday evening and is back out for delivery today.

This company is completely rubbish.

Sent a claim to petplan the 10/07/18
I was asked to send them the clinic history of my dog, it was sent the day after they received the claim.

It’s been 2 months now, after calling every day, trying to use chat online they have, I haven’t got any logistical answers about why my claim hasn’t been paid off.
The only answer I get is: I will pass your claim to claim department. But of course, no one has contacted me.

Do not use pet plan, there are too many others who will really care about you and your pets!
