JUST AWFUL!

I've been trying for over 2 months to return some items and can't seem to get this return resolved.

ALSO: I ordered another $514 worth of clothes and have only received ONE item from the order.

I'd rather go shopping in a physical store than have to waste my time trying to resolve these issues. Since you have no phone contact, I've written at least 10 emails trying to get some satisfaction. I need RA's and the address to ship items back. This entire experience SUCKS!

This application was easy and…

This application was easy and inexpensive until I got to the photo. I had my photo taken at a US post office twice, but neither image passed. I had the photos re-worked to 300 dpi, but still not good enough. A friend finally took my picture, but that wasn't ok either until he re-set it at 300 dpi.
FINALLY! the photo was approved. Everything else about this experience was fine. Very frustrating. This went on for more than a week.
