Really appalling customer service

Really appalling customer service. Extremely slow to settle claims and they rejected a claim for a procedure without referring to me, when all they needed was proof of my previous health insurance. An unreturned phone call adds to frustration with this company. I will not be renewing with them but will definitely go back to Vhi who were exemplary.

Appalling quality

This company used to have good quality clothing in the past but their standards are now appalling. Extremely poor quality and the postage to receive and return comes to almost €10 for just one item. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Non Delivery of parcel

Non Delivery of parcel. I wish I could give zero stars.
I received a 17Track tracking number and followed it daily over the past week. My parcel mysteriously moved directly from a Chinese distribution centre to my home in Ireland. No airline, courier company or postal service in Ireland listed. In addition, at 14:23 yesterday it showed the parcel to be delivered at 17:20. Their crystal ball was obviously faulty because at 17:20 it did not appear. Nor has it been delivered by the postal service this morning. A COMPLETE SCAM.

Really appalled by Neff

Really appalled by Neff! I so wish I had looked at reviews before wasting €1,880. I have had 3 different issues in fewer months. Only one was resolved to my satisfaction - the glass on the inside of the main oven door was replaced after it broke into shards for no apparent reason. When an engineer came to replace the glass I got him to check the top oven because prepacked foods, recipes etc. were not cooking in the given time. He used a probe which showed that the oven did not reach the desired temperature until 23 minutes after the oven light had indicated that the temperature had been reached. He said that once the oven reached the desired temperature it did not matter how long it took! I asked that he report this as a fault. I then had a problem with the main oven - this time I followed a recipe I've used for 30+ years for a pavlova. I put it into the oven at 160 and immediately reduced it to 140. Within 6 minutes the very large pavlova had browned. Another engineer came - he told me that his probe recorded that the oven was 23 degrees hotter than indicated. On following up on this, I was told that Neff do not recognise a fault if an oven is 20 degrees either side of the temperature indicated. Any cook/chef will not agree with this. He then tested the top oven and told me that it had reached the desired temperature as indicated. I did not see the probe. Perhaps the oven had heated up because of heat from bottom oven had warmed it. I received an email closing off my complaint without any further communication. I then went through the retailer I had purchased from and they contacted Neff on my behalf - I was sent an email saying that they would be in contact to arrange an appointment - that is over a month ago. I contacted the Retailer again before Christmas and was told that an admin error had led to my callout being cancelled. Still waiting....Never again would I buy Neff. This is my fourth and most expensive oven. All others have been accurate; Belling and De Dietrich (pyroclean). If anyone has had similar experiences with Neff or any other company I would be grateful for advice.
