Customer Service sometimes gives misleading info
The first customer service rep told me false information. The rep said a green card holder moving to the U.S. to be a permanent resident (NOT for travel, study, work) can purchase "Inbound USA". If you check the eligibility section of this policy, that is NOT true. Luckily, the second representative I contacted was more knowledgeable. Moral of the story: check the eligibility section before purchase, don't believe customer service without double-checking!
