New customer I had an issue to retrieve a new phone number, so I wrote a private message on the community group and I had a reply from the agent Rafael within the next 5 minutes! After the exchange of 3 emails, Rafael did the activation for me and created a phone number; The issue has been resolved so quickly!
On top PM has a reward program and you can have a credit if you enter LJ5JXY when you activate your new account.

Horrible, une femme agent, qui ne se présente pas, a voulu contacter mon père qui est décédé.Je lui annonce alors qu'elle ne peut pas lui parler et elle me répond " et vous parlez avec cette joie !?" et me raccroche au nez !!!
SFR devrait donner des cours de psychologie à ses agents et leur apprendre que d'une un deuil se vie de manière personnelle et je ne suis pas obligée de pleurer à chaque appel. Et de deux, SFR devrait revoir leurs formations sur les appels; Un bonjour et se présenter en commençant l'appel est un minimum en démarche commerciale !!!
Elle a tout gagné, j'ai pleuré après son appel, et elle m'a énervée pour la journée.
Je n'imagine pas ce que c'est d'être clients SFR;
