Terrible. Item ordered Aug 15 and I was given a tracking number which on Aug 16 said the item was in New York and moved the next day to another terminal in New York USA. I'm in Canada and have plenty of experience shopping online and receiving items from the USA. Here it is September 11th and the tracking number shows no movement and I have not received anything from punkcase. I emailed their "customer service" and got a one liner reply telling me "international shipping can take 4 to 6 weeks.". Well great. But over a month to go from the NE USA to Canada? I doubt it. And according to the tracking number, the item hasn't left NY state. I ask for a refund and get the brush off. Beware.
UPDATE: My case finally arrived in my mailbox just over a month after my order.
