Awful customer service

Awful customer service, item was incorrectly delivered by DPD and just dumped in my hall way and presumably stolen. I have clear instructions on the DPD app not to leave things in the hall way. Selfridges are saying it was "correctly" delivered, I will never buy from you again!

Used Paul from Van4Us to collect some…

Used Paul from Van4Us to collect some lots from an auction a while back, communication was terrible, no idea when I would be collected or delivered until it just showed up. Never sent me an invoice then started chasing me for me and only got one over once I gave him an alternative email and the it arrived with a late fee! Avoid using them for your auction deliveries.

Funny this as we sent you an invoice reminder using your order email address on the 31/03/21, 10/04/21, 20/04/21, 25/04/21, 30/04/21, 05/06/21, 02/08/21, 07/08/21, 26/08/21, 25/09/21, 09/10/21, you changed the email address on 18,10/21 and were given another opportunity to pay, 23/11/21, 29/11/21 and 02/12/21. You only paid once legal action was stared on email and the public can easily see we have given you too many chances to sort this matter. We take your review as false and harmful and will now take legal action to compensate for liable.

Terrible service

Terrible service, package was delivered to someone that doesn't even work in our building and now it can't be found. Yodel were no help what so ever on live chat, giving generic answers and don't claim any responsibility.

Not masters at customer service - updated

Completely unacceptable customer service from Ticketmaster. Was told I’d receive a refund on my ticket in one email only to then be told in a follow up they don’t do refunds! They said I could escalate my complaint which I did, only to be told the same thing 20 days later. Will be avoiding Ticketmaster in future.

Update - after sending another email expressing my frustration with the way it had been handled they agreed to provide a refund. I still believe their communication could be vastly improved but with this final outcome would increase the rating to 3 stars. The buying process part is completely fine.
