I've been trying to place my order for quite a while but I am getting nowhere. I have limited time off work in the week when I can phone my order in each time I call I'm on hold for a ridiculously long time. Each time I've been on the phone on hold so long that the phone cuts out, I call back and the line is closed! I simply want pictures of my children.

I told one of the sales people on Frodsham St Chester that I was busy and couldn't stop. Only to be met with rudeness from him. Not what I expect tbh. Is this is standard for your company?

I won't be shop here again. I have encountered the same member of staff a few times, each time the experience becomes increasingly negative. The most recent time her attitude became so belligerent that I simply left my shopping with her and left the store. The first occasion she yelled at me for taking my shopping to the customer service desk when I had been waiting for 5 minutes at the self checkout needing assistance, the store was empty it was 11pm and she had been watching me wait for assistance all this time. The second time she was so rough with my shopping that the fruit I had purchased was bruised. The third time (the occasion I mentioned at the start.) just 2 night's ago she got attitude with me again when I asked her to speak up a little or remove her face mask. I'm hard of hearing. I left the shopping with her again and I doubt very much I will shop there again.

The delivery guy was dressed as a Nazi which as an orthodox Jew I find incredibly offensive. He actually greeted me with his right arm extended in a Nazi salute and exclaimed 'Hiel Hitler'!

I would not recommend this company as they use underhanded methods to make you book services that you do not need.

I am constantly receiving parcels addressed to someone else. The address is nothing like mine. When I have been able to speak to the courier he has been rude and even offensive. He is normally running away as I come to the door. The one parcel I did receive that was addressed to me wa 4 months late! A shocking experience.

The most bizarre experience ever in the West Kirby branch. They actually told me I had to ask for cheese and butter as they were not allowed to ask me if I wanted it. I have never experienced this from subway before. To top it off the sandwich was made on stale bread with meatballs that tasted like they had been kept on a hot plate for hours and he salad was not fresh in the slightest. As I was not given a receipt for the sandwich I was refused a refund. I won't be going there again.
