We bought a sofa from the London showroom 5 years ago. Within 6 months of purchase we found the legs were bending - they tried sending us a couple of new legs but this is a design fault with the way the legs screw into the sofa. We initially did not have a good response from customer service, and were resting the sofa on a log. But after posting on Trustpilot we then were connected with the wonderful Ethan from Conran who arranged for a different type of leg to be fitted which has overcome the fault. We are now very happy with the sofa. Thanks for restoring our faith in Conran and giving us a sofa which will now last for years!

I can't understand reviews less than 5* - I have used zooplus every 3 months for more than five years - they have a superb range of food for my cats and dog - including veterinary foods for my old dog - and good pet care products eg pet beds, cat scratch pads, they have a responsive customer service, and they deliver so quickly. They are the best!

Rapid delivery, decent exchange rate. However please please can you give the option of small denomination currency - I was travelling to an African country and needed some $1 and $5 but could not see the option for this

We were renovating an old house and the two ladies Lucy and Sarah were incredible at helping with paint colours, are very knowledgable, and seemed genuinely thrilled with our results . We ended up buying most of our paints there (little Greene, designers guild). thank-you to them and the whole team - this is a busy shop so sometimes you have to wait on the DIY side to be served but that is becuase the staff are so helpful. Excellent Kahrs Oak engineered wood. I ordered samples which arrived quickly. We then ordered a large amount of engineered wood flooring for a garage rennovation. Our builder was very happy with it and it looks fantastic. would recommend to all.
