So far so good. Well constructed machine that does a good wash. Perhaps the 1000 spin could take out a little more water but that is a minor quibble. We think spending the extra money was a good investment plus a five year guarantee.

Credit where credit is due. A recent bad experience with EVRI was reflected in the review and truthful rating on this site.

A family member wanted something ordering online and EVRI was the courier (there was no alternative). This time the experience was far better from the tracking email to delivery.

Our usual delivery driver was involved this time which we think made the difference. She is polite, professional and friendly and a credit to your company.

So we are pleased to give a rating which reflects our good experience on this occasion.

We ordered an item which was delayed by EVRI. We could not find out why and when checking further on the tracking we found the item was being returned to the sender. There had been no attempts at delivery whatsoever. There was no explanation why the item was being returned and the chatbot was not forthcoming. All we got was an email confirming it had been sent back.

We ended up getting a replacement from the sender. This item was a present and we had allowed plenty of time for the item to arrive. Obviously the present was late for the recipient as from ordering to receiving the replacement took four weeks.

Your company is not all that it should be by a long chalk. Personally, we try and find out the courier service that online companies use and if it is EVRI we know to expect a problem if we order from them.

You need to change your attitude to your customers. Your continual shoddy service is doing you no favours as far as your customers are concerned.

We have purchased from Currys in the past with usually good experiences. However the customer service when we had a problem was a nightmare; we could not speak to a human and when we did we were given incorrect information. Total nightmare and appalling for a large company who we were never going to purchase from again if we could help it.

So, onto our new purchase which was a washing machine. We tried to contact a local company but they never returned our call so we went online.

Currys gave the best price and the information pages relating to the machine were very comprehensive. We have to be honest and say we had misgivings from our previous experience but decided to go with it.

The purchase on the site was easy, navigation of Currys site was very good. The little head popping up in the corner was annoying but if you need further information some might find it useful.

There was an initial call by phone to confirm our purchase then we had texts to confirm delivery. We had chosen anytime delivery on a certain day. The delivery company rang twenty minutes prior to arriving and were extremely pleasant and professional.

So, all-in-all a pleasant and efficient experience.

My first order with this company and it was a good experience and delivery was excellent.

They are a new company to me and they sell a wide variety of crafting items.

They were proactive answering my questions through their messaging service which influenced my decision to place an order.

I will certainly be placing another order.

Good selection of yarn so not a problem to find what was needed for project. Spent enough for free delivery so expected a few days delay but it was despatched very quickly which was a nice surprise (Royal Mail).

Not ordered anything for a while but nice to know that Knitting Network are still a reputable company to deal with.

Admiral took over the insurance from another company who stopped doing house insurance. The transition was seamless and, in fact cheaper. So far, so good.

Always buy 80 denier tights from this company as find them excellent for fit and quality. It's nice to have found a company who realise not everyone who is over size 16 is 6ft 2in with leg length to match.

Straight forward and pleasant experience. The sales advisor Cameron was a nice guy and knows how to speak to people. The experience was overall very positive and ended up a good deal.

So far have had very good experiences shopping with this company. Clothes generally fit appropriately and delivery excellent.

Repeat customer due to service from online company. Buying fabric online can be tricky but there are no problems here. There is not a good local retailer for the fabric I needed so looked online. Delivery was very quick. Will be back again when needing more fabric for project.

Getting to my local store is difficult so I rely online. Hobbycraft are excellent for online stuff. The site is easy to navigate and the checkout simple with a choice of ways to pay. There are usually good offers on especially in sewing and knitting which save me money. Delivery is rarely over a couple days except when they have a Black Friday when you expect delays.

We have struck lucky with our regular Hernes lady driver who is very nice respectful and polite. If we get an email from Hermes with delivery details, these are usually delivered as per the email.

Normally I would be happy to give Hermes 5 stars because our courier is fabulous. However, I have concerns how long Hernes took to deliver an item recently which I had paid for 2-4 days tracking. It was nearer 10 days from collection to delivery. Tracking the parcel gave no mention of delays which would have been helpful under the circumstances. Delays do happen especially in these "pingdemic" and prime holiday times and keeping the customer updated would be a useful extra on the tracking.

These are some of the best tights on the market if you want a good fit. Snag Tights have really thought about their customers on this one. How many of us have bought XL tights which would have fitted a 6ft bean pole perfectly? Give Snag Tights a go, you will be pleased you did.

Very pleased with purchase. Good prices and deliver very quick given the order qualified for free delivery. This is not always the case with some other yarn companies. Still awaiting pattern to arrive in post but as got lots of downloaded free patterns with order will put this down to Royal Mail.

Have purchased from company before and never been disappointed apart from everything sells out quickly due to popularity. When you can get the bargain kits very worth while.
