Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong bag (their mistake) . It arrived without a packing slip . There’s no phone number so you have to email. This takes 3-5 days for them to reply. They then said they would send details for the bag to be picked up again nothing . 3 weeks down the line I’ve still got the wrong bag with no refund and no way of returning the bag . An absolute nightmare to get hold of anyone. 😡😡😡😡

Absolutely unacceptable

Absolutely unacceptable. Wrong bag delivered and zero customer support to fix it. No phone number, no delivery note in the package, and the only option is to email and then wait 3–5 days for a reply. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Unprofessional delivery guy

Bought a gorgeous table only recently. 2 men delivered it . I wear a patch over one eye as had it removed due to cancer . As the men entered my house to deliver my table . One of the men thought it was funny to say “ is it pirate day today “ . Not professional and very hurtful. I told him I had cancer . He then tried to back pedal . Too late I’m afraid damage done 😡😡

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Filled my trolley with a week’s worth of shopping. Unloaded my shopping onto the manned tills conveyer belt . The staff member watched me unload my shopping. As she was about to scan my first item she then said” sorry till system has a glitch and we can’t give you any offers” . Half my shopping I only picked up because it had offers on . Why wasn’t I told earlier? Why wasn’t a member of staff stood at the doors telling you the systems were down so no offers could be utilised??? Anyway by this time I couldn’t e bothered going and doing another shop so spent over £100 . Which should realistically be about £85 with the offers . I complained to customer services online and they put points on my Morrisons card . I don’t want points I want the extra money back that I should have had initially 😡😡😡😡😡

Con artists

Get you to pay for insurance online before you go which isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Then on arrival you have to purchase another insurance at extortionate price. Con artists just out to rip you off.

The reply Andrea from DoYouSpain has made makes no sense at all. Do not purchase their insurance online before you go ... it’s useless. They will make you purchase their extortion insurance on arrival. Choose another car hire firm .

Andrea I already replied to DoYouSpain with my ref no and got no response at all and help@doyouspain is a email address that does not exist. Throws your mail straight back at you . Con artists as I said before.

I can guarantee you that the insurance we offer in our website is completely valid. It is a private insurance that refunds you any damage you might have paid when returning your rental car. You just have to leave a deposit with the credit card of the main driver, as you can see in the terms and conditions shown during the whole booking process.
