Nest has a few major problems.

Nest has a few major problems.

1) The contribution charge is unreasonably high, 1.8% of contributions is simply far too high.

2) The fund selection is poor, it's clear that NEST caters to average non-investing brit which is fine, but given how popular NEST is with employers around the UK they need to cater to all types of investors.

Why is there no option for 100% equities? Why is there no option for passive index investing?

3) Why does NEST not support partial transfers? At present there is no option to transfer out without losing money from employers contributions. So you are stuck with them until you change job.

Log In process doesn't work properly

I had log in issues, definitely your sites fault.

Because my account was originally signed up to via FB or Spotify it would only let me sign in that way however the original page I was sent to had no option to sign in this way, I had to find your main page, sign in that way, run a password reset before trying again by which point my ticket had expired.

Basically please review your login process to ensure it's smooth and works well for everyone if you are mandating logging in to buy a ticket.

Bought a very reasonably priced refurbished Samsung S7. Works perfectly, no issues so far (2-3 weeks of use), and the free 12 month warranty is unbeatable. Will definitely be using again.
