Worst delivery company?

Whenever I hear that the parcel is being shipped with either Evri or Royal Mail I have a feeling of complete dread. They Delivered my parcel to an unknown address. Was aggressive & said that they 100% delivered it. Took a photo of the unknown door & said it was my door. Said they would go & get it 2 weeks later still nothing. Didn’t think Hemes could get any worse but Evri seems worse. Much worse.

Ordered a new extractor which was unfortunately broken inside. Phoned AO and they got a new one out to me the next day no problem. Great service
