Bought the 7cm topper for guest bedroom. Disappointed - it is better - but still quite firm I am using the blue side up.

I have always received my order very promptly until recently NOT your fault. Auspost tracking has the parcel sitting at a depot in Melbourne for 3 days.

Very promptly sent by Forestry Tools unfortunately held up by Australia Post nevertheless eventually received the product and very happy with my Felco sharpening tool.
