We went to the Haynes branch and a lady called Jane who helped us to choose the mobility scooter we bought was. Very helpful. She let us try a number of scooters & showed us the way they can be fold and their weight etc. we choose the lighted foldable scooter which had the lightest weight but was easily foldable to put in a car or plane. We chose that, thought, it was rather expensive, but it weight least compared with the other one. As it was very much in demand, there is a waiting time of about 10-12 days before it can be delivered.
In general we were very satisfied and happy with the service and glad we went there to choose the best that suits us.

I think the instructor was excellent & delivered a very good course. I have both enjoyed the course and have learned how to be much more aware of the environment around the area where I drive.

This was the third time I had tried to park somewhere via pay by phone. THIS APP DOES NOT WORK. It keeps giving a message of no internet. Then when I tried to do it by calling the number it asked for my PIN number. Then it didn’t recognise the PIN number. So I tried to change my PIN. So they sent a message with a number. I tied 6 times to put the number followed by #, and every single time it sent a failed message!!!!! So either the Westminster and other places where it is used are trying to force people to park and get a fine money, or force people to lose their appointments!!!!!! Why don’t the councils or app providers do something about it?!!!!! This is the worst possible app I have ever encountered with. My phone was working perfectly fine and there was no problem with either my internet or my pin but it kept giving the failed message. CAN SOME ONE HELP PLEASSSSSSSSE

I am glad to write that following my earlier review, the LightInTheBox responded positively and has now fully resolved the problem that I had mentioned in my earlier review & fully refunded my money to PayPal.
The person who helped me in this process is called Ms. Doralis. From the customer service.
I am grateful for her help and I am also grateful to Trustpilot which provided this platform for writing a review & played a very useful role in resolving the problems.

I had ordered a leather piece from LightInTheBox which arrived over three weeks later in a totally different colour from the one that appeared on their site. I tried to write back to them and there was no way to do that. To return the item it had to be returned to China which for which there was no address.
I would never ever buy anything from that site and feel extremely disappointed with their service.

Has been very helpful in acting as my representative in dealing with the planning department of Barnet Council. He was always very swift in responding to my calls or questions, and was working on our case even at late nights on some occasions. I was very happy with his work and am grateful with the way he managed to get a successful result and giving me support throughout the process. I had contacted my constructor for an EPC for a flat we have at St. George wharf.
