Cancel order

I wanted to cancel this order and when I tried to, the webpage was broken. Thus I was charged for goods I did not want to receive.

Review of The Official ECCO Shop

Gorgeous colour, soft leather but too big at heel

The process hasn't been helped by customs keeping the shoes and delaying delivery of these items for over 5 working days. I was very happy to receive them but sadly they don't fit and usually ecco size 37 are a perfect fit for my feet. Still love the brand just this style doesn't fit quite right.

The delivery service was quick

The delivery service was quick. The box it arrived in was huge in comparison to the item held within, the bigger box had chunks taken out of it for hand holds.

When I rang up I was absolutely clueless about it all but the Spark Energy employee was patient and happy to help me with my queries and we got the right result. At no time did I feel rushed or that my concerns didn't matter to them. After years of bad service it was nice to meet a company that cares.
