You can use their platform and their payment option or you can arrange it all yourself.

Glasses always seem so very expensive to me. Essentially, frames are bits of plastic with a few screws, yet the cheapest are just under £40. I can't see why the new lenses can't be created to fit my old frames to reduce the cost, but it actually increases the cost! But that's the case wherever you go.

I have used this company several times and have always been pleased with the service. On my latest order, I messed up and got A5 instead of A4 and I failed to ask for colour instead of black and white. Amazingly, they were so understanding that they refunded the cost. What other company would pay for the mistakes a customer makes?
