I became a client a couple of years ago when I had a gold style analysis. I have subsequently had an online shop, and recently a virtual wardrobe declutter and sort as I was feeling a bit lacking in mojo after a year in lockdown mostly wearing jeans. Susie has been great throughout - she has really helped me identify my own style and have confidence. I don’t feel pigeon holed onto something that doesn’t fit with me, and instead think she has just helped me to uncover my own authentic style. She has an uncanny ability to pick things in the shops that are absolutely spot on too - after my declutter she helped identify a few gaps and suggested some products (some boots, some sandals and some shorts) that have all been lovely and taken account of my specific requests. After my initial analysis my mum asked if I had had a pay rise as I was looking so nice. No pay rise - just better choices thanks to Susie!

I really like Joules stuff but their website is not good at the moment. Issues with Ordering, where I have ordered, it looks like order fails, so I have reordered, only to find that it did go through and so now I have 2 (or in one case 3 orders). You cannot contact customer services by phone. I hope I am able to resolve with customer services as I don’t want to be charged for items I don’t want or delivery and returns on those items,

We were really pleased with the work to our front door surround. Richard was responsive, did the work promptly and professionallly, and kept us posted on his progress. I would be happy to use him again and recommend him to others.
