Best customer service experience ever
I got stuck with trying to connect a remote to an existing control unit, literally called up was helped by Liz and she patiently talked me through the whole process. Once we finished I thought I would be cheeky and ask for help with something else with the system and she helped me fix that as well. I’m very grateful. Thank you
