Review of Our Taap
Booked a reinstall of my filter, agreed the date but got no confirmation. Chased the day before the appointment and was sent an email confirmation of the date. Had to call again as the date was not the one agreed. Got another email and the date was correct
No further contact until I called to find out what had happened to be told there was an emergency and the fitter could not attend
This is twice I have taken time off and the fitter is a no show

Purchased an upgrade for my Juke navigation system the cost was crazy but thought it mi9ght be worth it. Was expecting the maps to be no more that 12 months old. When I got the card I find the maps are at least 5 years old and are no longer kept up to date. When I contacted Nissan all they could say was sorry its so expensive but we cannot help. I had previously contacted Nissan to confirm if I spent this money I would get the latest maps. What they don't tell you is that when they change the model they no longer support/upgrade the maps
