Fab customer service

I cannot understand these low ratings. I had a phenomenal experience with eurostar customer service and planning accessibility booking for my father. It is our first time on the train so I cannot rate that part but Amy and Luella are star service reps. From begining to end in ky 2 conversation. Superb

Hvis man kan give 0 stjerner så gør jeg. Det handler pakken ... vi var ikke hjemme.... de tabt pakken og fortalt os det er ikke deres ansvar. What ???? Vi har et styke papir som du har lagt I vores postkassen. Der er nummer registering. Hvorfor er det afsenders' ansvar???

Simply the best

Simply the best. It's my Second Q2 and smooth transaction and great sales rep and staff at the dealership. Love the drive and feel nice and safe in a great car

Improvement needed but overall good

First time the delivery was missing trackimg was lost after leaving depot and until now 2.5 months later no one knows where my package is. Re ordered item this week and arrived in 3 days.
