best service and fastest delivery

I have made a purchase on the 30th of November - they just cancelled the order without any explanation. It was a Christmas present.

Second time I've tried to order from Tales.dk. Second time I have yet to receive any updates on my book, which I order ONE MONTH AGO. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered 3 books in September. One of the books will be released later so it was fine for me to receive them all together at a time frame. It says that I will receive them by Nov. 19 but it was just stuck there so wrote to customer service and told me there was an error with the order. I still waited patiently but it is December now. I was told today that there is still an error and looks like they need to order it for me AGAIN and I have to wait AGAIN till it will be delivered to me. WOW! I have no patience anymore and ask for my money back even though I am reading from the website that you cannot cancel your order. Until I said I don't want the books anymore and just give my money back. Tales.dk did NOT even apologise to me for this inconvenience. I will remember this website so NEVER AGAIN.

Shockingly Poor Support - Beware!!!

I must raise serious concerns about the lack of response and support for my issue. Despite providing all necessary evidence, I have yet to see a resolution.

Hiding behind unresponsive emails and providing no available phone number, Tales.dk support is failing, appearing evasive rather than solution-oriented. This unjust situation compels me to consider further action if necessary.

I'm still willing to help clarify and resolve this matter. Future customers should be warned about potential issues and the lack of effective support, as they refuse to collaborate and are not solution-oriented. They do not prioritize customer service, leaving you powerless and empty-handed!

Such service providers should be avoided and called out to be responsible for their actions—or lack thereof.

Don’t buy anything here. I ordered a book and after a week I heard nothing. I wrote to customer service and they said the book was at their storage and would be send later the same day. Today I inquired again because I didn’t receive an email with a tracking number. Now they claim GLS made a mistake and the book never made it to their facilities. It’s 100% scam, don’t order here, trust me

I have ordered books and after a couple of days I received a message saying they are actually not in stock. I expressed my wish to cancel the order and received answer within 3 days saying that the books have then been sent but I still have an option to cancel. 2 stars as this was a time sensitive purchase and I waisted over a week on the back and forth. I wish my order was rejected at the purchase, if the book was not in stock.

They aren't even answering mails. After reading more and more reviews this starts to resemble a scam. Don't buy the membership

Tragic customer service that never responds. I ordered a book which I never reviewed. Never shop here.

I ordered a book set on 25th of January. The book was supposed to arrive Feb 6th, today is Feb 13. There is no status update, and I wrote to the customer service to see if the books got lost in transit, but am getting no response. I find it unprofessional that I am not receiving any information to see why it has not arrived yet, and that when I ask for that information I am again not being provided with it. This just shows that they do not have control over their orders.

Update Feb 19: still have not received the order. They said the books were lost in transit and send me a link to a new tracking code that does not work. Do not recommend at all!

Wow, customer service seems to be out to lunch. I asked about a book that should have been delivered on 16 Nov... and got nothing. Is the book lost or just delayed? Is customer service sleeping or do they really just not care about customers?

2 out of 3 books were delivered, without any returning money, no contact from customer service. And took much longer that they promise. Be careful!

Books are fine, delivery and communication was not ok. For me its like scam. I was just really annoyed by the fact that the delivery comes from abroad. For me it was expected with a fully localized shop that the delivery comes from Denmark, all the emails and so on were in Danish. Why products come from aboard? Delivery took 9 days and 2 service provider were included. Related to climate change and the aspect of sustainability i would never ever order again. A full open communication is missing on that topic.

I ordered from them because it was the only store I could find selling Julian Glander's book. It arrived super quick, books in perfect condition :) I can only recommend them

Easy to find what I was looking for and fast delivery. Good prices. Great website!
