Colin was really helpful and responded to my emails quickly. Its always difficult to get the right size for shoes online and it involved sending back and exchanging a couple of times- again Colin responded immediately and issued exchanges and refunds really promptly. I would definitely buy my LEMS from Footworks again.
Review of Lighthouse
Really pleased with the service. I ordered 2 items and one wasnt the right size. I phoned to discuss what was possible. So I ordered one a different size holding on to the first one so I could compare and decide which was best. I ended up keeping the smaller one and sending back the first one, all free p and p and got refunded from a very helpful lady at Lighthouse. I would definitely recommend them, the macs are lovely!
