Our experience with York Test has been fantastic. THe test itself, for my son, was simple and quick, results were also quick. The subsequent chat with a nutritionist was invaluable, particularly around using the report as a tool alongside our own observations and not necessarily eliminating everything on the list. We were frustrated with the time required to diagnose via the NHS and reluctant to ask our son to continue eating foods we knew made him unwell. This has given us the knowledge to help eliminate his worst trigger foods and the confidence to support him properly. He has had very few incidences of reaction since, and in every case we have been able to identify the trigger/oversight on our part immediately. Highly recommend.
