Terrible company and worst warranty ever
Avoid
Warranty says that if there is any fault on phone when checked then all faults must be repaired, regardless of whether a fault needs repairing
Screen split along fold, completely stopped working as a result. 12month oldnphone. Sent for repair, but motorola said as phone had small dent on top, completely unrelated to screen split, that had to be repaired at same time which was out not covered byvwarranty, so the split screen was therefore not covered

Resold tickets I purchased from this site, through the online site gigsandtours recommend. No problems there, sold instantly
Then the problems started in trying to transfer tickets, and Gigsandtours.com worse than useless in trying to sort, passing buck and saying they had no responsibility here at all to held sort. Terrible site, guess it's back to Ticketmaster in future
Addendum in response to gigsandtours comment: 10 emails between me and the customer services team at gigsandtours with no help at all. They may reply to trustpilot reviews, if only they actually sorted customer issues. Appalling customer support

Used Groupon a few times with no issues..and buying goods works fine
Bought 2 tickets for a concert at the sage Gateshead through Groupon. Houghton single order and small.print confirms seats will be together
Tickets arrive and they are on opposite sides of venue
Email Groupon for help and receive confirmation that tickets should have been together...but then told to contact venue to see if sage has seats available together
No offer of support
No acknowledgement that my sale with Groupon and they need to sort
And now no further response from Groupon to my complaint
If you are buying tickets avoid Groupon like the plague...not worth the hassle

Breakdown cover that only covers you for a flat tyre if you already have a spare tyre or repair kit.
Well if i had a spare tyre or repair kit i wouldn't need accident cover

Customer service is appalling
Nearest garage was less than a mile away and they said that although I wasn't covered they could tow me at a reduced pay as u toe rate, £90 + VAT
